Opened in 1991 Brooke Weston has developed into a high achieving secondary school.
Corby Business Academy is a brand new £30 million, secondary school at Priors Hall, being built to replace the existing site of Corby Community College. It will take more than a thousand pupils aged 11 - 16 and 250 sixth-formers, designed by world-renowned architects, Norman Foster & Partners. The school will specialise in business and enterprise and is due to open in 2008.
The school is a single storey building for the provision of a 420 place Primary School for pupil's age four to eleven located in Oakley Vale, a development area on the edge of Corby.
Hugh is a founding sponsor of Brooke Weston. Throughout its life Hugh has been a consistent supporter of Brooke Weston taking an active interest in its progress and development. For very many years he served as Chairman of the Trustees and he is currently both a trustee and Governor.
